I work with individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, and grief/loss. I also work with adjustment issues, addictions, personality disorders, identity issues, spiritual concerns, and relational issues including codependency, infidelity, and divorce. I am specially trained in Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Flash technique for trauma, and also offer Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping), CBT, and solution-focused therapy.
